If prompted, select the features that you want to install from the suite. There can be multiple reasons for your Microsoft Outlook not to respond or hang when closing and reopening it, replaying to an email, clicking on Inbox or other folders, or downloading an attachment etc. Wait for the update to be removed from your computer.
