I want to see the ‘non-revenue' begin doing a HKJC and so they can start by creating safety protocols from the foal, thru racing to stud that give the integrity items the ability to track DNA changes, develop sturdy blood profiling methods not to mention creating a system of day-to-day medical checking protocols that move any legal scrutiny and are preemptive, more then reactive.
