Oftentimes, as it turns out, many adjuncts that teach in our Colleges and Universities come from business and industry, and after working 8 hours, find themselves in a classroom without Lesson Plans or having fully prepared hoping to simply 'wing it,' because the course is a topic with which they have worked all their lives.
