I know there will come a time when I may need more medications, like Remacade or a 5-ASA compound, and I've read about those as well. There are no side effects reported from use of even large amounts of usnea tincture. However, this could not be duplicated in another study so it is unlikely the soft drink have the same effect as grapefruit juice.
