I ordered the Hunan Vegetarian Chicken and it took less than 10 minutes to be prepared. The portion itself was very massive and I could barely eat half of it. The dish had a strong kick of spice to it. Not an excessive amount of, however maintain this in mind when you're not too huge on spicy foods - it's certainly not gentle.
