The Spring Spinoff is this Saturday, March 27th at 9:30am at The Gathering Place, 203 Mc - Intosh Trail, PTC. In speaking to the lady in charge of the coaches on this swim team, it quickly became apparent that this type of "incentive" was not only okay with her, it was actually encouraged. Income should be used for infrastructure development, like roads, universities, factories and other morale boosting developments.
