Food@One has been a fragment of Emily’s imagination ever since she found that she had food intolerances six years ago. Her passion is to help others who might be in the same situation. They might feel confused or overwhelmed by the choices they need to make concerning their eating habits; worried about trying new foods; not know where to shop or where it is “safe” to eat out and attempting to eat on a budget.
