One has Search and Settings open while the other (down at the bottom) has a file explorer open. First, you have to close all Mc - Afee programs running on your windows, then, start the screen with program types & features then click go, again click program and features, then you need to select Mc - Afee security center and click 'remove' and follow any on the screen prompt.
