When the Minions inadvertently uncover her dangerous secret, they must join together to save humanity before the villain's diabolical scheme destroys them all. Yes, the film's hero, Gru (voice by Steve Carrell) has his moments, but whether they're showing up imitating Isaac, the bartender from the kitschy '70s-era TV series The Love Boat or just generally serving their master, they're hilarious and make Despicable Me 2 fun.
