Police nabbed the accused for obtaining a mobile sim card and developing fake identity in Surat to do textile business. Nayaz 26 was arrested by SOG with mobile sim card obtained using fake identity. Some of the SIM cards were issued. The SIM were given to rowdies. The callers would be charged at half the rate of a regular ISD call, police said.
